David & I decided that we will spend our anniversary on Friday, June 6 at Epcot! Yay! I'm very excited. I can't remember the last time we were there. So many changes, so many new exhibits!
Over the next week, we'll be 'researching' all the new venues (including restaurants) to have a 'game plan' for our special day. Can't wait!
PF Chang's Chinese Bistro is one of our favorite stops in Orlando at the Mall at Millenia. David even has a favorite dish, the ginger chicken. But he requests it without ginger!! Regardless, I'm so happy he's found something he like to eat there. I order something different every time. Monday I had a barbeque shrimp dish. We always order a little something from the hor d'oevres menu. This time we got the spring rolls, which were delicious. The service is always the best ever, and this time was no exception. Our fortune cookies read: "Many new friends will soon be attracted to your friendly and charming ways." (Mine) And David's, "Adventure can be a real happiness." Do those Chinese know us, or what??
