Yeah, what will they think of next....to part parents from their money??? With a new grandchild on the way, and one approaching his thirteenth (and very athletic) year, testing for the sports gene seems a bit 'over the top' even for sports-minded grandparents like us! Party Time!
Many of the seasonal people here in our community, Harbor Hills, are in the process of leaving for their summer homes. This week especially, several of our friends have headed back. That hasn't stopped the party spirit, though. We enjoyed the Titanic party (pictures to come) and a lovely surprise birthday party for a friend last night. We're now looking forward to our first "Kentucky Derby
" party next week. Ladies will be dressed in appropriate attire, including the famous hats often seen at the Derby and other equine sporting events. Should be fun and a new experience for David and me!
